Based upon a traditional healing system, Kum Nye Yoga helps to relieve stress, transform negative patterns and promote balance and health.

Kum Nye UK was set up in Summer 2010 with the official approval of Arnaud Maitland who is the director of Dharma Publishing and a senior student of lama Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche. Our aim is to facilitate a greater understanding of Kum Nye and to share Kum Nye and related practices throughout the UK and Europe.

The Tibetan lama Tarthang Tulku introduced Kum Nye, a yoga from the Tibetan tradition to the West. He is author of numerous books, including Kum Nye Relaxation (parts 1 & 2), Joy of Being and Kum Nye Dancing. Tarthang Tulku founded the Nyingma Institute in Berkeley California in the 70’s.
